Our best definition of coaching:

Coaching is a conversation that involves us asking you good questions that help you focus on what you already know and how God is already at work in and through you.

The solution to moving forward is already inside you!

We just come alongside to help you polish the what you are designed to become.

We focus on equipping and coaching leaders in three key ministry strategies:

Orality — using oral arts including storying telling, songs, dramas

Collaboration — how to work in networks and partners

Community transformation — strategies that accelerate local community development. 

We’ve worked as cross-culture Kingdom Builders over 20 years. While our experience is strongest in South Asia(India and Nepal specifically), we’ve also worked in Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
