Our journey

We’ve been married 47 years and have two grown children and two grandchildren. We’re both ordained pastors with a passion for working with leaders growing God’s Kingdom.

We’ve worked as cross-culture trainers since 2005. While our experience is strongest in South Asia (India and Nepal specifically) we’ve also worked in Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.

We focus on equipping leaders in three key strategies — orality, collaboration and community transformation.

The last few years we’ve expanded our coaching skills and now focus on walking alongside leaders to help them discover their own solutions to the challenges they face.

Our best definition of coaching: Coaching is a conversation that involves us asking you good questions that help you draw out what you already know. The solution to moving forward is already inside you. We just come alongside to help you find it.

We live in Tucson, Arizona, USA (Mountain Standard Time year round).
